Enerdyne is a family of passionate, high performers, who live by our mantra of always finding a better way!

Ranjan believes that we will be remembered in this world for what we have contributed, and not what we have accumulated. This belief has been a driving force through his three decades in business in the electronics and automotive domains. After graduating in Social Sciences from Delhi University in 1986, he would set up Enerdyne as a small factory serving a nascent telecom and IT hardware company. Today, apart from leading Enerdyne's daily operations, he sets the vision for the company including its forays into new business lines, securing partnerships with leading suppliers around the world and the company's philanthropic efforts. He strongly believes that work need not be boring when one is spurred on by passion and creativity.

Outside of Enerdyne, Ranjan is interested in creative writing and philanthropy.

Shreyas leads the Sales and Operations Teams at Enerdyne. He is dedicated to enabling this team deliver an excellent experience for the customer and drive sales growth for the company. He has also contributed towards the digitisation of the business, and seeks to bridge the gap between traditional business practices and modern entrepreneurial strategies.

He has completed a BSc in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Boston in 2015, following which he brought his skills and drive to Enerdyne. Shreyas is a fitness and sports enthusiast, participating in CrossFit, tennis and cricket. He is passionate about technology, history and management, and has recently taken up playing the piano.
